The Anglo-Saxon geteld tent is the traditional shelters used by the Anglo-Saxon, Vikings and people during the early Middle Ages, from approximately the 5th to the 11th century.
Like other getelds, it has a characteristic dome or cone shape and can be made from wooden or metal poles forming a frame covered with canvas or other material.
